UFV India held its annual award ceremony at SD College with special guests of honour Mr. Scot Slessor, Consul General of Canada in Chandigarh, Mr Bal Gosal, Minister of Sport, Canada, Dr Arun Grover, Vice Chancellor of Panjab University. The event was graciously and ably emceed by George Peary and Sylvia Peary – affectionately called ‘Team Peary’ by UFV students. Dr. Evered gave out scholarships and awards to deserving students including the Dean’s List awardees and academic scholarships. Parents and students attended the night, followed by dinner, live music and relaxation.
