CHASI contributes knowledge to B.U.I.L.D.S. Project

The Community Health and Social Innovation (CHASI) Hub was pleased to partner with DIVERSEcity Community Resources Society to support their BIPOC Unified Inclusive Leading Organization Development for South Fraser (B.U.I.L.D.S.) project. The project supports “grassroots BIPOC organizations to help grow their services and impact in the community by accessing Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) federal funding.”

B.U.I.L.D.S. offers a four-part webinar series to provide the organizations it serves with knowledge and skills to “strengthening their organizational and service capacity.” CHASI had the privilege of creating one of the four webinars in this series, which is focused on Community-Based Research. In it, CHASI Lead Researcher describes how organizations can approach research, data collection, and funding.
