Recipe – No Bake Energy Bites from Chelsey Wedel

Who doesn’t love to have grab-and-go snacks ready at a moment’s notice? Thanks Chelsey for sending this in!

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup natural, creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup hemp hearts
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup toasted, shredded coconut

(Ingredients are flexible: I sometimes add chopped nuts and dried cranberries for a change​)

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill for 1hr in the fridge.Roll into balls and enjoy!
