Thank you to BC Hydro’s Community Giving Program for the $5,000 Grassroots Grant to help support our Science Rocks! Summer Camps program. Through your grant we will be able to continue to create a fun environment for our campers to learn and explore science. You truly make the difference for us, and we are extremely grateful!
Our summer camps are back in full force! Six, 1-week camps are being held at our Abbotsford and Chilliwack Campuses. Our Science Rocks! Team Lead Ronald Balagtas and his team Navneet Bhatti, Jessica Lo, and Annette Vantil have a great program lined up for the summer! This is a great opportunity to send your kids to university for a week and work in a real science lab and experiment with fun activities that explore the sciences. Our first camp, “Cryptography, Codes, and Crime Scenes!” starts next week and there are still a couple of seats available. The cost of your registration includes a camp t-shirt, lunch and a full week of science fun!
