SASI’s 5th annual Bajwa Dhami Community Golf Day fundraising event, started off with a (very) rainy start, but the true spirit of the event shone through when our players and sponsors braved the weather, arriving on time and showing their unwavering commitment to our cause, raising funds for the SASI Research Fellowship Endowment.
Teams enthusiastically moved from hole to hole, participating in various activities, winning prizes, and enjoying every moment, and the sun made a spectacular presence. The camaraderie and excitement were palpable, making the day an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. All gathered for a lavish dinner and an inspiring award ceremony.
Dr. Dhami and Dr. Satwinder Bains captivated the audience with their words, blending humor with heartfelt pride for what this event represents. Their speeches reminded us all the importance of our cause and the impact we are making together. As we wrapped up the event, we couldn’t help but smile and express our gratitude to our incredible players, sponsors, donors and volunteers!
