Students from BUS 385 – Developing a Digital Presence with Kim Milnes were tasked with developing a digital presence for CityStudio Abbotsford including: content mission, user journeys, mobile strategy, governance and an implementation strategy. This course will focus on the strategy and business processes necessary to develop and maintain an organization’s online presence including structuring a web site, implementing a content management strategy, integrating e-commerce, and developing multiple online channels (mobile, desktop, social media).
