Thursday, February 28th, 2019 the School of Business hosted the Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce Business After Business Mixer.
This event brought together Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce members, UFV School of Business faculty, students, and alumni for this annual event.
Students from Mark Breedveld’s Advanced Selling class were on hand to kick off their Chamber of Commerce membership sales campaign and students from UFV’s golf team provided a chance to win a prize with their swing analysis station. This event allows business students an opportunity to build relationships with members of the business community in a fun environment. It also allows them an opportunity to practice their networking and selling skills firsthand.
