On Monday, Feb 12, at the UFV Abbotsford Library Makerspace, Dr. Michelle Superle will guide you through short bursts of writing to organize, interpret, and resolve difficult experiences. Take some time to enjoy creating an upcycled “scrappy heart garland.”
