Criminology and Criminal Justice

History

• History Sessional Instructor Dr. Sharanjit Kaur was featured in a CBC Early Edition with Stephen Quinn regarding the creation of a museum dedicated to the South Asian community in BC.
  • Dr. Kaur also provided the keynote address at the Military Museum in Calgary for Sikh Heritage Month.

Philosophy

• Dr. Anna Cook, Assistant Professor and Head of the Philosophy Department, has contributed a chapter to “The Bloomsbury Handbook of Pragmatism.” Her chapter, titled “Pragmatism and Indigenous Philosophy,” is a part of Part IV of the book which focuses on Pragmatism in the Multicultural World.
