Dr. Cindy Loten, Dr. Ruwan Karunanayaka, and Dr. Vanessa Radzimski, from the Math & Stats Department along with their Math Mania team of 18 UFV student volunteers visited Vedder Elementary School in Chilliwack earlier this week. Over 80 kids and their families spent the evening sharing hands-on activities and realizing how much fun you can have playing with mathematical concepts!
Thank you to all of the volunteers. This is such a great opportunity to give back to our community.
Our next Math Mania is scheduled for May 2023.
