The Faculty of Science was well represented at UFV’s Student Research Day held on March 31. The annual event was to take place in Evered Hall but COVID-19 put a quick wrench in that plan. The organizing committee quickly switched to “Plan B” and developed a digital option to host the research poster competition online, by making students’ posters available on the UFV Research Office website.
The online event welcomed 92 research posters which represented the work of 189 UFV students from an impressive array of fields and disciplines. Of the 92 posters, 44 of them were from the Faculty of Science. All posters and winners can be viewed here: https://www.ufv.ca/research/student-research-day/
