The Physics Student Association has been busy planning some fantastic events this year. Last week, they invited Carl Michal, Physicist from UBC to talk about his research on NMR brain imaging.
EGBC and NETWORKING EVENT
Tuesday, February 26th (rescheduled from February 12th), Andrea Michaud, Student Coordinator for Engineers and Geoscientists of BC (EGBC) will speak about how students can register with EGBC and how they can get their EIT designation after graduating. Following her talk, Reia Bhagnari, Engineering Physics Graduate from Ontario will speak on volunteering, networking, and how it helped her change careers. She has worked with nuclear energy and firmware.

GENERAL FUSION TOUR
The PSA has arranged a tour of the General Fusion facility in Burnaby. They are working on creating a self-sustaining fusion reactor to revolutionize clean energy production.
