This year it’s TRU hosts the Undergrad Conference, so we’re inviting TWU, UBCO and UFV students to present posters at our local event. There are no external participants from other faculties – just Science.

- Application Form is now available on the conference website, http://ugc.sites.tru.ca/ (bottom left corner of the page). Please ask that their students identify themselves as UFV/UBCO/TWU students in the Course/Program field so that we know how many guests to expect, and can tell them apart from our local students.
- We are only open up the Friday poster session to external participants; so your students will not be able to give oral presentations on the Saturday (though they’re welcome to stay and attend)
- Applications will be due by the end of day on Friday January 31
- You will hear back from the committee by Friday February 14
- The conference itself is March 27-28; posters will presented on Friday March 28
- The students and faculty is welcome to participate in the conference Reception and Dessert Theatre that will take place the Friday evening; I will be in touch with further details shortly
