IT Services will be completing a required upgrade to Terminalfour (T4 – myweb.ufv.ca) to enhance and optimize the service. The upgrade will result in T4 being unavailable during the outage window.

All UFV employees who use Terminalfour (T4 – myweb.ufv.ca) for editing UFV webpages.

The known issue with MiCollab Software for Softphones has been resolved. All UFV employees will be able to make and receive calls using their softphones. All services are restored | 11:30am June 01 2024 | 9:00am UFV students have reported an issue using the self-serve password reset service through password.ufv.ca. IT Services is working quickly to resolve this issue. Until this issue is resolved, students can use this link to reset their password: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
May 15th UFV employees have reported receiving an “Incompatible Driver” error message appearing on their UFV computer and Abbotsford Campus Card office is currently unable to create campus cards as a result of this issue. IT Services is working quickly to resolve this matter.
