Due to flooding, the IT Service Desk is temporarily operating for walk-ins out of our pop-up location in Abbotsford B201, Alumni Hall (outside of OReg). Walk in hours are reduced to 8am-4pm Mon-Fri. Phone and emails will be monitored during the regular IT Service Desk hours of 8am-8pm Mon-Thurs, Fri 8am-4:30pm
Building “A” on the CEP Campus is experiencing network issues. IT Services is aware of the situation and is actively working on resolution. Self-Service banner links within myUFV are currently unavailable. These are the links within the UFV Self-Service Tab. We are actively working on the situation and will provide an update shortly.

As a precautionary measure taken to preserve privacy and help prevent the possible distribution or disclosure of personal information and support our ongoing investigation, UFV is suspending the UFV student email system (these are email addresses ending with @student.ufv.ca) and some functionality of the myUFV portal.
