Faculty Services has been distributing mass general announcements/documents on behalf of departments but this practice must be minimized. The Abbotsford mailroom can distribute material/information that is important for faculty and staff but departments now need to distribute hard copies of their own general announcements/documents or consider alternate ways to distribute their information (e.g. electronically).
