IT Service Desk Workshop: Learn how to navigate our new IT Service Management Portal — July 9

Join IT Services for a workshop designed to offer all UFV employees an introduction to the new IT Service Management portal that will replace our current eHelpDesk IT ticketing system as of July 6.

During this one-hour training session, employees will:
• View the new self-service portal and services
• Learn how to find answers in our Knowledgebase articles (over 100)
• Browse the new Service Catalogue with over 25 new service requests
• Learn how to submit a service ticket
• Review your own requests and incidents
