Yoga for Self-Care (Mental Health Week Challenge) — May 8

Engage in UFV Counselling’s Mental Health Week Challenge with Yoga for Self-Care put on by UFV Campus Recreation and Wellness.

A 40-minute yoga class will run on both the Abbotsford (D225) and Chilliwack (A2106) campuses on Wed, May 8 from from 12:05-12:45pm.

If you do not have a yoga mat, they will be provided but we only have a limited number, so if you have your own you are encouraged to bring it to the session. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in. It is recommended to bring a water bottle.
