In response to Government legislation requiring institutional policy, and to address a very important topic on university campuses, the UFV Board of Governors has approved a change to existing policy BRP-201.02 Harassment, Discrimination & Physical or Emotional Abuse Prevention & Resolution, Board Policy on, and the creation of a new policy Prevention, Education and Response to Sexualized Violence (236).
