Update: Wed Dec. 22 – Exams proceeding

Final exams are proceeding this week. Many are online and many are in-person, so please check this schedule. Campuses will be open under winter weather conditions and operating as scheduled.

Please leave extra time for your commute to UFV if you have an in-person exam today and commute with care.

Crews are maintaining parking lots, walkways, and entrances.

Libraries at both the Abbotsford and Chilliwack campuses have hours posted on this schedule.

  1. current driving is like treading on ice pellets. there are 57 exams left to be written tomorrow (some are online) some are in person. please switch to all online. this weather unreal. 9am, its all pellets and ice, 2pm-5pm pellets and heavy snow darkness , 7pm is further deleterious to drive.
please announce online exams, all of us are concerned….

    • I agree 100%.

I don’t pay all this money to put myself in danger by being forced to commute through unsafe conditions.

To even get out of my driveway I am going to need to boil hot water to unfreeze my lock, I can only imagine driving conditions.

Since pivoting has become so easy due to the pandemic why don’t we take advantage of it when needed and “pivot” online.
