Congratulations to Ky-Lee Kobe, Department Assistant, Campus Planning and Capital Projects
Hello, my name is Ky-Lee Kobe, and I am the new Department Assistant for Campus Planning and Capital Projects.
While in school I had the privilege of helping to build a company, which gave me the amazing opportunity to travel throughout the United States marking high-end real estate, this took me from large events in Beverly Hills to beautiful private estates in Hawaii.
After completing school, I began working at an entertainment company in the Tri-Cities area, where I learned and grew a lot. However, due to the pandemic, I was left looking for a new career path. I then moved to Mission, got married and started working at an architecture company in Abbotsford. After learning a great deal from them I came across the posting for UFV in the Campus Planning and Capital Projects department. Having the experience and knowledge from the architecture company really helped with my transition to UFV.
As soon as I started, I knew this was the perfect fit for me. The support and sense of community has made me feel so welcome.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, putting on events and planning my next Disney trip.
