Genome BC’s Geneskool program will be visiting our Chilliwack Campus on Thursday, December 18, and they are seeking science student volunteers.
**Volunteers should have completed first-year biology or feel confident with basic biological concepts, as the activities involve topics such as genes, alleles, Punnett squares, ELISA, blood typing, and more.
Geneskool is the educational branch of Genome BC, a non-profit organization that provides free learning resources to help students engage with science in a meaningful and enjoyable way. The program offers science workshops for secondary students (Grades 9–12) and organizes one-day field trips to local universities, such as the upcoming visit to CEP on December 18th.
