On July 11, 2019 the Government of British Columbia announced the Food Security Task Force. The Task Force had a mandate to provide recommendations that support food security and the economic growth of BC’s agriculture sector.
On Friday, January 31st, Task Force members Peter Dhillon, Lenore Newman and Arvind Gupta attended the Ag Innovation Day held at the Abbotsford Tradex Exhibition Centre where the final report was officially released.
