Dr. Douglas Hudson teaches anthropology at UFV, including a course on Environment and Society.
He will be speaking on the topic “Watersheds, Ecosystems, and Ecological Anthropology”. The talk will look at the ways in which ecological concepts became part of the anthropological interpretive framework, drawing on environmental and resource use research in British Columbia.
