Planned System Upgrade: Banner Outage – Thursday June 18, 2026

What do I need to know?
IT Services will be completing a required upgrade to enhance and optimize the service. The upgrade will result in an outage to Banner, and Banner related services during the upgrade window, starting Thursday June 18, 2026, at 8:00PM.

When will this Occur?
Thursday, June 18th, 2026 from 8:00PM to Friday June 19th, 2026 at 1:00AM.

Who is impacted?
All UFV employees and students accessing Banner, Self Service Banner, and related applications.

Services Impacted:
• Banner
• FAST
• MyGRADplan
• Self Service Banner (SSB) – this includes some cards within the myUFV portal such as Employee, Student and General SSB cards

The myUFV portal will still be available by using the link below during this time. Any cards using SSB will be unavailable.
