The phone service outage was resolved at 11:45am.
UFV is currently experiencing an outage affecting incoming calls to all UFV phone numbers. At this time, callers are unable to reach UFV extensions from outside the organization.
There is no available workaround at the moment. IT Services is actively working with our service provider to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We understand this disruption may impact your work and appreciate your patience while we work toward a solution.
We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available or when service is restored.
