What do I need to know?
IT Services will be completing a required Mitel upgrade which will result in the UFV phone system being unavailable Friday May 29th, 2026, at the Clearbrook, Hope and Mission campuses, during the upgrade window.
When will this Occur?
Friday, May 29th, 2026, from 8:00PM to 11:59PM
Who is impacted?
All calls (regular extensions and softphones) to or from the Clearbrook, Hope or Mission campuses will be unavailable during the upgrade window.
Services Impacted:
- All incoming or outgoing calls using UFV phone numbers to Clearbrook, Hope, or Mission campuses.
- Voicemail services (unavailable during the upgrade window).
UFV Security phones will remain available and can be reached at 1-855-239-7654.
