What do I need to know?
IT Services will be completing a required Mitel server migration upgrade which will result in the UFV phone system being unavailable Saturday March 21st, 2026, during the maintenance window.
When will this Occur?
Saturday March 21, 2026, at 7:00PM to 11:59PM
Who is impacted?
Anyone attempting to call a UFV phone number or place a call from a UFV phone number during the maintenance window. UFV mobile phone numbers will not be affected.
Services Impacted:
• All incoming or outgoing calls using UFV phone numbers
• Voicemail services (unavailable during the maintenance window)
UFV Security phones will remain available and can be reached at 1-855-239-7654.
