UFV is piloting a new AI powered chatbot called Fraser to help students and employees quickly find answers to common IT questions.
Fraser can assist with:
• Password and login issues
• Wi Fi and device connectivity
• Brightspace and learning technology support
• How to contact IT Services or submit a ticket
Designed to be fast, accessible, and easy to use, Fraser is available anytime and complements our existing IT support channels.
Over the next few weeks, Fraser will continue to learn from real questions and user feedback. We encourage employees, especially those who support students, to try Fraser and share it as a first stop for common IT inquiries.
