What do I need to know?
IT Services will be completing a required migration upgrade to our servers to enhance and optimize the service. The upgrade will result in a brief outage to Fileway, Confluence, and E2E Achieve, on Thursday February 5th, 2026, at 6:00AM during the upgrade window. After the migration is complete, users are asked to please test the applications at your earliest convenience during business hours to ensure all is functional.
When will this Occur?
Thursday, February 5th, 2026, from 6:00AM to 7:00AM.
Who may be impacted?
All UFV students and employees who use Fileway, Confluence, and E2E Achieve.
Services Impacted:
• Fileway (myFiles)
• Confluence (Wiki)
• E2E Achieve (am.ufv.ca)
