Due to a vendor issue, employees are currently unable to use a UFV physical phone or softphone to make outbound calls to phone numbers with a 604 or 778 area code. IT Services is working closely with the vendor to resolve this issue.
Incoming calls to UFV phone numbers are not impacted.
