Resolved: Known Issue | Issues Connecting to Minitab – October 29, 2025 – 9:45AM

2:00PM – This issue has been resolved for both the Azure Portal access and AWS outage. Minitab is now accessible and other services that may have been impacted.

Some UFV employees and students have reported not being able to connect to Minitab (licensing.minitab.com) which appears to be related to a larger Azure Portal issue. AWS is also reporting a global outage which may impact additional services at UFV such as Blackbaud, Zoom, or some Microsoft applications.

IT Services is monitoring the situation closely and waiting for more information.
