Known Issue: Issues Making External Calls Using Softphone/Physical Phone

UFV employees have reported having issues making outbound calls to external (non-UFV) numbers using their softphone or physical desk phone, IT Services is working quickly to resolve this issue.   Employees impacted are asked to use their mobile phone or email as an alternative mode of communication until the issue is resolved.
