RESOLVED – Known Issue: Employee Network Drive/VPN Connection Issue – On Campus

UFV employees working on campus and connected to our Wi-Fi network, Eduroam, may experience issues accessing network drives, documents, and applications.  IT Services is working quickly to resolve the connection issue.

To manually resolve the issue when using Wi-Fi on campus:
1. Check your connection:  Ensure you are connected to Eduroam by selecting the Wi-Fi symbol in the bottom right system tray. >> Learn how to connect to Wi-Fi
2. Check your VPN:  If your VPN is not connected, select VPN and select Connect to manually connect. >> Learn more about VPN Connection
