CHASI recognized at B.C. Legislature

On February 22, CHASI had the incredible honour of being introduced in the B.C. legislature by the Honourable Pam Alexis, MLA for Abbotsford-Mission and B.C.’s Minister of Agriculture and Food. We are incredibly thankful to Minister Alexis, her staff, and the team at the legislature who made this happen.

With UFV’s 50th anniversary just around the corner, we couldn’t be prouder to have our work validated at the provincial level, and to know that our research is in the hands of those who can directly improve the lives of British Columbians. We are incredibly proud of our team of students, faculty, and staff who continue to make real differences in our communities, many of whom were able to travel to Victoria to receive this recognition in person.

More information about CHASI’s visit to the B.C. Legislature can be found on UFV Today. Photos of the visit can be found on the UFV Flickr page.
