Tax Volunteer’s Needed – Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP)

Are you looking for volunteer experience? Are you an Accounting student?

Then this is a great opportunity for you to get involved in your community, gain experience while helping complete tax returns for seniors, new comers, and others. Volunteers will be assisting thousands of people to get the benefits they are entitled to, all while learning to have a basic understanding of income tax. Training, guidance and tax software will be provide.

This year the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP) will be located at Mission Community Services from March 1st to April 30th, Monday through Friday from 9am-12pm or 1pm-3pm. Volunteer shifts are flexible for students.
