This event is a full evening event and there is no cost to attend.
For student members and new graduate student members this is an opportunity for you to connect with and learn from HR Professionals from a variety of industries. Throughout the evening, participants will have the opportunity to circulate amongst the tables, in an organized format, to ask questions and gain knowledge of what the culture and workplace can be like in some of the following industries:
- Finance and Administration
- Government
- Manufacturing
- Hospitality and Tourism
- Retail
- Technology
- Essential Services
- Transportation
- Recruiting
- Consulting
Come out and meet some of our senior HR practitioners who have worked in these industries for a significant period of time. The evening will begin with ½ hour of networking and the formal program will begin at 6:30 pm sharp.
Dress: Business Casual
Please note – a very light snack will be provided half way though the evening – please have a meal before you arrive.
Transit/Parking:
Paid parking is available under the community center. The center is a 6 minute walk from Skytrain/Main Street station.
Pre-registration is required. Present student and new graduate members of CPHR BC & Yukon will have registration priority. To hold your spot please register before Friday, February 9th. After Feb 9th seats will be made available to future student members.
