IT Services will be performing network upgrades on Saturday, Oct 28 and Sunday, Oct 29. This will impact all wired and Wi-Fi connections as well as telephone services on the Chilliwack campus at Canada Education Park. To minimize impact, this outage has been scheduled during the ITS Standard Maintenance Window.
What is being done?
Network equipment is being upgraded for improved performance and reliability as part of the Network Modernization program.
Sat, Oct 28 from 7 pm to midnight and Sun, Oct 29 from 10 am to 4 pm. There will be intermittent service interruptions during the maintenance window.
Who is impacted?
All users located on the Chilliwack campus and users attempting to remote into their desktop computers at the Chilliwack campus.
All users of soft phones and Mitel MiCollab on mobile devices.
