Facilities Management is requesting that all departments currently requiring the disposal of hazardous waste materials for 2017 complete the Hazardous Waste Disposal information form. The form is a fillable pdf and can be found online by visiting http://www.ufv.ca/janitorial/hazardous-waste.
Please ensure that all waste materials are packaged according to safety standards as indicated by the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for that specific product.
Email your completed forms to Adam Bodnar, Manager of Operations (Abbotsford B150R) no later than Fri, April 28. A non-response by April 28 will be interpreted as no requirement for the disposal of waste materials from the department.
