Join colleagues, family, and friends for an evening of community, wellness, and Cascades volleyball as we celebrate Employee Wellness Night on Thursday, Nov 19. Come cheer on the UFV Cascades as they take on Trinity Western University, with game time starting at 6 p.m.
Employee Wellness Night is an opportunity to connect with coworkers, build community, and celebrate wellbeing while supporting our Cascades volleyball teams. In recognition of this November’s wellness theme, Men’s Health, the event will also highlight physical, mental, social, and emotional wellbeing for all employees.
Be sure to stop by the wellness booth, explore recreation opportunities, and join the excitement in the Peak Fan Zone. Let’s Pack the Peak!
Pre-Game Employee Social
Starting at 5 pm, employees and their guests are invited to gather in the cafeteria for dinner and a chance to connect before the games begin.
