You are invited to participate in a research project about your experiences working in customer service.
Anyone who is currently working in a part-time or full-time customer service job in any organization can participate in a 60 to 90 minute online interview that will be scheduled at a time that is convenient for you.
You will have the chance to share what it is like doing your job – the good and the bad. The information you share will be used to provide service organizations with advice about how to design better customer service jobs for people like you. You will receive a $8 Starbucks or Tim Hortons gift card as a token of appreciation for your time.
