A portion of Gillis Avenue on the UFV Abbotsford campus will be closed Friday, June 7, between 8 am and 3 pm.
The section is in front of Lá:lem te Baker and the UFV book store. It’s being closed to accommodate concrete pouring for the new student housing that’s under construction. Road closure signs will be placed at locations along Gillis Avenue to advise drivers. The parking lot south of Lá:lem te Baker will not be impacted, nor will pedestrian traffic.
