UFV’s Centre for Experiential and Career Education (CECE), in collaboration with UFV’s Alumni Association, is thrilled to announce a lineup of events in November in celebration of National Career Month.
Join us for a series of engaging workshops, panels, and networking events designed to help you navigate your career journey:
Nov 7 – “Understanding AI” Keynote with Dr. Amir Shabani
Nov 15 – “Pave your own (career) path”
Nov 22 – “Transitioning from university to the workplace”
Nov 30 – “How to recruit yourself” with Adam Currie
In addition to the events, CECE is introducing UFV’s Career Month 2023 initiative “Share your career influencer story!”
Whether you’re a UFV alumni, faculty, staff, or student, we want to hear about individuals from the UFV community who left a lasting impact on your career journey. The first 20 individuals to submit a nomination will receive a $10 gift card to SUS Fair Grounds, and all participants will be entered to win one of two $50 gift cards of your choice.
