Fall 2021 new course: BUS 306 — Strengths-Based Development

Are you interested in learning about the unique talents that you possess, and how to use them to improve your personal and team performance? We will be doing just that in a new course being offered this fall: BUS 306 Strengths-Based Development.

As part of the course, you will complete a variety of personal development exercises that will help you capitalize on your talents at school and in the workplace. You’ll also learn about how to craft more enjoyable and meaningful work for yourself and others.

The course will be held online with scheduled meeting times on Tuesdays between 5:30-8:30 pm. It is open to all students who have completed at least 45 university-level credits and counts as an elective in both the Human Resources Major and Organization Studies Minor programs.
