UFV Student Research Day is a yearly opportunity for graduate and undergraduate students to showcase their high-calibre, faculty-supervised research to peers, professors, UFV staff and alumni, industry professionals, family and friends, and the community at large.
Taking place each year toward the end of Winter semester, students participate by designing a standard 48in by 36in research poster based on a project they’ve undertaken under the supervision of a faculty research mentor. Posters are scored by a panel of UFV professors, and students with the top-scoring posters in 10+ categories receive $200 in recognition of their scholarship!
UFV Student Research Day 2021 will be an online showcase launching Thursday, April 8, 2021. The deadline to register as a student participant or faculty judge is Thursday, March 25.
