On March 31, 2021 Zoom video conferencing will replace BlueJeans as UFV’s main video conferencing service provider.
If you have not already created a Zoom account and transitioned your meetings to Zoom, you will have to do so prior to March 31, 2021 to avoid interruptions.
What do I need to do?
• Activate your Zoom account today by visiting Zoom – Getting Started (https://www.ufv.ca/ocio/project-updates/zoom/zoom—getting-started/)
• Cancel any recurring BlueJeans meetings and reschedule with Zoom
• Download any meeting recordings that you would like to save to your computer. BlueJeans has provided an instructional guide (https://support.bluejeans.com/s/article/How-to-Download-and-Share-Recordings) to demonstrate the process.
• You will not be able to access BlueJeans after Mar 31, 2021
