UFV Employee Digital ID/Signature Now Available

Now that Adobe Acrobat Pro has been made available to UFV Employees, IT Services is providing all employees with a certificate-based Digital ID signature to facilitate secure electronic signing of PDF documents.

For those that have Adobe Acrobat Pro installed on their UFV issued workstation, users can restart their workstations on July 27th to activate the change in Adobe Acrobat Pro. The Digital ID signature option will now be usable on any PDF document that has a required signature field.

*For those using a remote desktop connection, please restart your remote workstation instead of selecting shut down. You may need to connect to your remote workstation again after you have completed the restart.*
