Members of the UFV community are invited to a reading by Russell Diabo from Whose Land is it Anyway? A Manual for Decolonization.
The event, which will be held on March 19 from 6-8 pm in room B140, Abbotsford campus, is presented by the Federation of Post-Secondary Educators’ Human Rights and International Solidarity committee as part of the 2019 Speakers Tour. See attached poster.
Russell Diabo is a member of the Mohawk Nation at Kahnawake and a prominent First Nations and environmental activist. For biographical information on Russell Diabo, visit his website.
Free copies of the manual will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
