Please join Dean Alastair Hodges in welcoming Dr. Don McKenzie to UFV as part of the Faculty of Health Sciences Dean’s Speaker Series. Dr. Don McKenzie is a professor of kinesiology and director of the Division of Sports Medicine at the University of British Columbia. McKenzie is an exercise physiologist and physician with a long track record of research excellence in the areas of exercise physiology, sports medicine, and exercise and cancer. His talk will focus on the latter, in which he will speak about the past 20 years of his work which has changed the approach to exercise prescription for women with breast cancer.
