Seasonal Closure – Important Timesheet Completion and Due Date Changes:
UFV will close for the annual seasonal closure at 4:30 pm on Friday, December 22, and remain closed until Tuesday, January 2.
The final pay of the year — December 31 — will be paid on Friday, December 22. All employees who are paid by time sheet are encouraged to estimate the number of hours up to December 23 and submit your authorized timesheet to the payroll office by 3 pm on Friday, December 15. Any adjustments to your estimated hours should be indicated on your first timesheet in January.
All time sheets received after December 15 will be processed and paid on January 15.
Timesheets are due in payroll by 3:00 PM on Monday, January 8 for payment on January 15.
Part-time employees — Record of Employment:
Just a reminder that a Record of Employment is issued only upon request and only when your position has been terminated. Please email payroll@ufv.ca to request a Record of Employment.
Updated Timesheet Forms:
Each pay period, please remember to access the fillable timesheet form available on our website as it contains useful payroll links. These links will be updated from time to time, and this will ensure you are always using the most current version. Please discard any previously saved versions.
